Requests for GAZ Pro Membership refunds must be sent to the Concierge Desk and a member of the Concierge Team will submit it for processing.
With your GAZ membership you can request a refund within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, commissions are released and funds are no longer available.
Once you submit your request, a member from our Concierge Team will respond to you within 1 - 2 business days, and if your request is approved your refund can take 5 - 10 business days to process.
The refund policies with any third party companies such as Enagic or Xurli are subject to their terms.
